Qigong in Daily Life: Sleep Workshop

In this workshop, you will receive information and learn new practices on how to improve your sleep based on principles of Qigong.  You will understand the imbalance of your yin and yang energies and learn ways to promote sleep through massage, chanting, meditation, and energy practices.  You will also learn to eliminate “brain chatter” and rebalance the energy in your body so you can sleep.  Sleep is a type of Qigong and is a natural way to balance and renew yourself.

Cost: $60 ($50 if registered and paid in full by Monday, February 4)
