Cost: $105 ($95 if registered and paid in full by Monday, April 8)
Description: Qigong is the study of energy (chi or qi) and has been practiced in China for over 5,000 years. Qigong helps to relieve stress – the number one cause of many diseases – by quieting your mind, relaxing your body, and balancing your emotions. This allows the energy of your body to flow freely.
Spring Forest Qigong is a Qigong practice developed more than 20 years ago by Master Chunyi Lin, a certified International Qigong Master. This workshop focuses on the practices of Spring Forest Qigong and includes active exercises, visualizations, breathing techniques, healing practices, and meditations. The active exercises are gentle and can be done standing, sitting, or lying down. A Level One certificate will be awarded to participants who complete the training.
