Undoing Habits Practice Session

from 10:00 to 12:00

The purpose of the Undoing Habits Practice Series is to receive support applying the method described in Charles Duhigg’s book, The Power of Habit, in your life.  You will practice self-responsibility for your thoughts, actions, and words as you develop a plan for choosing a behavior that delivers the reward you are craving.

A commitment to transform your habits requires developing will qualities of self-effort and discipline.  The practice series supports your continuing work with habit change.

Additional practice sessions will take place on January 12 and March 23, 2013.  Workshop participants may enroll in any or all practice sessions.

Cost: $20
